Terms and conditions- Group booking purchases are not available for public holidays and weekends in December;
- All ride day positions are subject to the normal policies for Eastern Creek Ride Days;
- The purchaser is responsible for making all riders aware of the policies of Eastern Creek Ride Days;
- The purchaser is responsible for providing all riders’ details to Eastern Creek Ride Days;
- Limited numbers of group bookings per ride day apply;
- Any unused positions will be forfeited and not carried on to another ride day;
- All group booking ride day positions are transferable to other riders, however, transfers must be done by the purchaser of the package. Once the original booking has been made any changes or cancellations may incur a $25 admin fee;
- These places are not transferable to another ride day under any circumstances;
- The group booking discount is calculated on a percentage basis and is deducted from the ride day position only i.e. discount does not apply to extras such as gear hire etc.
