1) All riders must be present for the compulsory morning rider briefing, any rider who does not attend will not be allowed on the track until another briefing can be arranged for you. Safety needs to come first and all riders must obey set regulations.
2) Please ensure you have booked the correct group that is suitable for your riding ability. If we find you have booked in the incorrect group for your riding ability, you may be forced to sit out sessions awaiting a possible availability in the correct riding group.
3) We cannot control weather conditions. If it rains we get wet and if the sun shines we get hot. It is your responsibility to be in a fit condition to ride and due to the high concentration requirements on the day, we recommend a good nights sleep the night before and abstaining from alcohol and drugs (unless prescribed and cleared by your physician for you to be ok to ride). Eastern Creek Ride Days accepts no responsibility if the Ride Day is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, extreme weather. In this event there will be no refunds or transfers, however Eastern Creek Ride Days will endeavor to provide a replacement day at the venue’s discretion. If a rescheduled day is offered, there will be no refunds or transfers from the rescheduled day under any circumstance.
4) Whether you ride in all or part of your sessions, you ride at your own risk. All riders should take into account their own riding ability, condition of their equipment and possible track conditions before riding.
5) No lap timing devices are to be used. In accordance with our track hire agreement anyone found utilising such devices might forfeit their booking and be asked to leave the venue, jeopardizing their chance of further bookings.
6) It is not the responsibility of Eastern Creek Ride Days if you fail to attend, cannot ride/ are unfit to ride, or choose not to ride in all or part of the day. Regardless of the reason including weather conditions, work requirements, motorcycle problems, family crisis, heath problems etc there are no refunds or reschedules (either in part or in full).
7) You are entitled to reschedule or cancel your booking as long as there is more than one week (7 days) notice prior to the event, less a $25 processing fee per event booked. Within the one week (7 days) prior to an event there is absolutely no refund or reschedule. However, we will allow you to transfer your position to a friend, providing the rider taking the position fits the criteria for the riding group you were booked and the day has not started.
8) If for any reason you do not agree with the information contained in our policies sheet or any other information supplied by Eastern Creek Ride Days, you are entitled to a full refund provided you notify Eastern Creek Ride Days within three (3) days of receiving this policies sheet. If notice is not received within three (3) days, Eastern Creek Ride Days assumes you agree to all policies and information and are prepared to abide by the policies, terms and conditions contained therein.
