Terms and Conditions

•  All of these Ride Day positions are transferable to other riders, but the bookings must be done by the purchaser of the package.
• All Ten (10) positions must be used within a twelve (12) month period of the first Eastern Creek Ride Day attended. Any unused positions will be forfeited and not carried on past twelve (12) months of the original date.
• To use the pre-paid positions, each booking must be made via the Eastern Creek Ride Days office at least seven (7) days prior to each event. Any other booking procedure (including turning up on the day) may incur full cost to be paid at that time.
• All Ride Day positions are subject to the normal policies for any Eastern Creek Ride Day booking and are transferable between Eastern Creek and Phillip Island Ride Days.  Once a booking is made, any changes or cancellations may incur a $25 admin fee.
• Limited numbers of bulk bookings per Ride Day do apply
